A JOURNEY THROUGH FLAMENCO AND SPANISH FILMSThe Toronto International Flamenco Festival Inc., in collaboration with Annette Morcos productions (Flamencocalgary.com) and MTRC Filigranas are proud to present A Journey through Flamenco & Spanish Films.

This project will present a series of films related to the art of Flamenco as well as Spanish art and culture. In this first edition, four Canadian cities, Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg and Calgary, will be screening a few of the works of the Spanish Film director Emilio Barrachina. Amongst these films the musical documentary "Morente", a 2012 Goya nominated film will be featured. Madrid-based flamenco critic and author Justine Bayoz Espoz, whom works closely with Mr. Barrachina, will be the special guest for this event. She will be offering pre and post film chat for the movies presented in each city.
